3 Account Registration and Security

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bd99 2xg is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). All deposits must be made in the name registered on the account — deposits via third-party methods are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

  • Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawing.
  • Funds will be returned via the same method used for the deposit where possible.
  • If suspicious activity is detected, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.
  • Withdrawals may be blocked if any active bonus conditions have not been met.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bd99 2xg offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. This bonus is not cash — it can only be used for wagering. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount.

For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Before withdrawing the bonus funds, the wagering requirement must be met: ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

5.2 Bonus Terms of Use

  • The wagering requirement must be met within the specified time after receiving the bonus.
  • Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time.
  • All wagering requirements must be fulfilled before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
  • The management reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any bonus offer at any time.
  • If bonus misuse is found, the account will be closed and any winnings from the bonus will be forfeited.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

The bd99 2xg VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier.

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback on net losses for the week.
  • Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback on net losses for the week.
  • Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback on net losses for the week.

For example: a Silver member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback. Cashback is calculated every Monday and credited to the account.

VIP tier upgrades happen automatically based on regular playing patterns and volume. The management's decision on tier changes is final.

7 Prohibited Activities and Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd99 2xg platform:

  • Operating more than one account in the same person's name.
  • Abusing bonus benefits or attempting to obtain them through artificial means.
  • Exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Playing using software, bots, or automation.
  • Attempting to steal or commit fraud using another user's information.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or unlawful financial activities.
  • Abusive behaviour towards the support team or other users.

If any of the above prohibited actions are carried out, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

8 Gaming Rules and Betting Guidelines

8.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

All bets are accepted in real time. Once a bet has been placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if a game or match is cancelled due to a technical issue, bd99 2xg reserves the right to refund the bet amount.

8.2 Odds Changes

In sports betting, odds may change according to market conditions. The odds in effect at the time a bet is placed are final. Any odds change after a match has started will not apply to bets already placed.

11.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. In this case you will have the opportunity to withdraw your balance, but all active bonuses will be cancelled.

12 Technical Issues and Limitation of Liability

If a bet or game is left incomplete due to a lost internet connection, device problem, or other technical reason, bd99 2xg will make its decision based on server records. The server-side record is the final proof.

15 Dispute Resolution
